Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal document between you and iKuuu VPN (the 'Service Provider') governing the download, installation, registration, purchase, and use of the App and related acceleration services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the relevant terms of this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works based on the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App and related marks, content, and technical materials belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, routing strategies, or pricing and will communicate material changes appropriately. You are responsible for device security and account credentials, and we do not recommend high-risk actions such as jailbreaking or rooting your device.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party components and services, such as analytics, crash reporting, or notification tools. Your use of the App is therefore also subject to the applicable terms of those providers.

The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi and mobile data. If service becomes unavailable because of unpaid bills, data limits, poor signals, or carrier restrictions, the Service Provider is not responsible for resulting losses. Mobile carriers may charge additional data fees outside Wi-Fi environments, and international roaming fees remain your responsibility. Please ensure you have permission from the relevant bill payer before use.

Users remain responsible for their own use of the App. Service interruptions caused by low battery, system faults, third-party software conflicts, or failure to update the client are outside our compensation scope. Although we try to keep route information accurate, some data may come from third-party resources, and we are not legally liable for direct or indirect losses arising from that dependence. For compatibility and security reasons, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install newer versions when necessary.
